定番サイズ5寸皿。若干深さのある器ですので
汁もののお料理をのせてもよいですね。
銘々の取り皿としても良いサイズ感です。
-----------まゆみ窯について-------------
まゆみ窯当主・真弓亮司さんは熊本の小代焼
ふもと窯で長年修行され、その後ご自身の窯を
開きます。奥様の澄子さんも以前ふもと窯で
職人として働いており、まゆみ窯は真弓亮司さんが
轆轤の仕事を、澄子さんが鎬や染付けなどの
装飾仕事をされています。鎬や染付けも
どこか控えめで素朴な印象の器が多く
見られますが、どんなお料理にも合わせやすく
そして丈夫さも兼ね備えている…
こんな器が食器棚にあると心強いです。
